Device & Technical Data: We may collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and referral URLs to improve performance and diagnose technical issues.

Uploaded Fabric Images: Images you upload for color analysis are processed on our servers. We do not store these images permanently unless you explicitly save a project.

To provide, operate, and maintain the TextileTone platform and all its features including AI color detection, color replacement, dye formula generation, and quality control tools.

To send you transactional emails such as account verification, password resets, and important service announcements. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails without your explicit consent.

To analyze usage patterns and improve our AI models, color accuracy, and overall platform performance. This analysis is done in aggregate and does not identify you individually.

To respond to your support requests, contact form submissions, and any queries you submit through our platform.

Fabric images uploaded for processing are not permanently stored unless you explicitly save them to a project within the tool. Temporary processing files are deleted immediately after your session ends.
